Denver, Colorado | February 12, 2026 — Today marks an exciting new chapter for our organization as MC&A, a JTB Americas company, has acquired Imprint Events Group — bringing together two organizations aligned in values, vision, and a shared belief in the power of people-first experiences.
 
This milestone reflects more than a transaction. It represents a partnership built on alignment, trust, and a mutual commitment to thoughtful growth. Together, we are combining global reach with a boutique, creative-led approach - expanding what’s possible while preserving the culture, leadership, and standards that define both organizations.
 
Imprint will continue to operate as a separate company under MC&A Group, with its leadership team remaining firmly in place. Adriane Hodder continues in her role as President, and Nicole Marsh will assume the Chief Operating Officer role, overseeing business operations alongside MC&A leadership with Eduardo Kina as the company's CEO.  During the transition, day-to-day operations remain unchanged, ensuring continuity for clients and partners while opening the door to broader resources, expanded capabilities, and new opportunities for growth.
